1959 marked my first summer camp experience. Troop 81 spent the week in Plains Campsite at Camp Bomazeen.

A local photographer took a photo of me and then hand-painted it for display in his storefront window to encourage other Scout families to have portraits taken. This is a black and white version. I'm not sure of the date, but based on the uniform I estimate it was February 1963.
