| It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing
of our friend and long-time volunteer Tom Morris. He was larger than life
in so many ways. Whatever role he had in Scouting, there is no doubt that
he cared about the Scouts he served and would do whatever he could to make
sure they were successful and had fun. We will miss you, Tom. Until we
meet again.

| I remember being a cub scout and going to the
BB range, where he taught us the term "Elmer Fudd Syndrome", which is when
you didnt close the BB chamber and all your BB's poured out. That was almost
20 years ago. He was such a great teacher. He will he missed!
