2011 Annual Recognition Dinner

The Pine Tree Council is proud to announce the 2011 Council Annual Recognition Dinner to be held on Friday, April 15, 2011, 6:30 PM at the Portland Elks Lodge #188, 1945 Congress Street in Portland (across from the new entrance to the Jetport).

This event will honor our 2010 Class of Eagle Scouts and Venturers.

This event we will also recognize over 130 youth that received the rank of Eagle Scout or earned the Silver Award in 2010. Thousand of hours of volunteer service have been completed under the direction of these Scouts and this recognition is very much deserved.

Reservations

Registration is from 5:30 -6:30 PM. The dinner starts at 6:30. The cost of this year's dinner will be $20.00. The meal will be chicken cordon bleu with vegetarian lasagna as the alternate meal. There will be no cost for the 2010 Class of Eagle Scouts or for the 2010 Venture Awards recipients meals, thanks to the Portland Elks Lodge.

Reservations must be received by Friday, April 8, 2011. Send the reservation form located on the right to the Scout Service Center or register online today. Meals may not be available for those without a reservation. We cannot guarantee that your group will sit together as seating is on a first come first serve basis. Recommend you come early.

Once again this year all 2010 Eagle Scouts ans Venturers will receive a limited edition Pine Tree Council Shoulder Strip.

Don’t miss the opportunity to recognize the achievements of our youth and adult volunteers as we celebrate the accomplishments of these leaders.
