A few individuals have indicated that they are having difficulties with the online training site.

I experimented with the site - and this was my experience:

1 - I usually use Firefox as my web browser but Internet Rechartering and Internet Advancement require Internet Explorer so I started there.  I was not able to create an account - it kept telling me the verification code was wrong.  I was using Internet Explorer 6.  I went back to Firefox and was able to create the account although it did take two tries.

2 - I received the confirmation email and set my password without any difficulty.

3 - I was able to get in and see the list of courses - I have not yet had time to try to take a course.

4 - I was also able to login using Safari 4 (Windows version) and Google Chrome browsers.

5 - Their site does state: "For best performance, use Internet Explorer 7.0 & above or FireFox 3.0 & above."

One leader wrote:

I was using the latest version of Internet Explorer for Windows 7 with no luck.  I downloaded and am now using Mozilla Firefox and everything is working normally.  Also, as an FYI, the training modules do not work well at all with I.E. but work fine with Firefox.

Thanks
Eric
