A Great Pack Activity!

 
Join us for a fun filled weekend designed for your Cub Scouts and the whole family!  At Camp Hinds in Raymond  on Aug. 11th—12th.  Designed like a FunPack Weekend but for the whole family!  A relaxed schedule with program areas open for the family to decide on activities or relaxing time at West Beach or in their campsites!

Families will be assigned to campsites with tents supplied!
Cooking will be done by families in your campsites.
A Hootnannay Hoe down Campfire for all on Saturday night!  A BBQ will be available at an additional cost on Saturday night!!

Fees and Registration

 
Cost:  $25 per person for up to 3 in a family.  Add $10 for each additional family member.

A Family Camp Informational Guide will be available with more specific information on April 1st.


 
Health Forms & Medical Supervision

 
Health Forms: All adults and youth attending a Family Camp Weekend must have a completed Class 1 Medical form on file.  The Health Form includes emergency phone numbers, parental/guardian permission to treat and a health history.  It does not require a doctor’s physical.

Medical Supervision at camp is under the direction of a licensed physician. Parents are responsible for handling and administering personal medications during the weekend. A health officer is on duty at all times to handle minor injuries. If the injury or illness is serious, the person is brought to a local health care facility.

PTC Refund Policy

 
Individuals or groups that cancel a program reservation 30 days prior to the date of the event will receive a refund of fees paid less a 15% administrative charge. No refunds will be made after the 30-day cancellation period.
